Job Description:

TECHEAD is looking for a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our client’s team in a full-time capacity. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a creative mindset who’s eager to be involved in all facets of front-end development and user interface design across our client’s digital platforms. Our client is a leading non-profit, faith-based organization.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with backend developers and creative teams to build engaging, responsive web interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Location: REMOTE 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid background in web application architecture and design
• Proficient in JavaScript and comfortable working across multiple frameworks as needed
• Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS and SASS
• Skilled in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Familiarity with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Proficient with version control tools, especially Git
• 2+ years of experience in a web application environment, with a focus on object-oriented (OO) technologies for internet-facing applications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in development and testing of web applications
• Experience collaborating directly with product managers and designers to translate designs into functional products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
