Job Description:

Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong SharePoint experience to join our client’s team. This individual will play a key role in supporting multiple high-profile IT projects. The ideal candidate is smart, motivated, and technically sound with excellent interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday; On-site Tuesday – Thursday)
Contract: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT teams through the full project lifecycle

• Estimate deliverables and report progress

• Document use cases, specifications, data models, and system interfaces

• Administer server-based applications and perform installations

• Investigate and resolve defects

• Evaluate alternative solutions and provide recommendations

• Coordinate with business users, IT peers, and software vendors

• Plan and execute system testing

• Develop scripts and automation processes as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Must-Have Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of SharePoint (data tables and site management)

2. Power BI expertise

3. Power Apps proficiency

Nice-to-Have Skills:

1. Scripting skills in SQL, PowerShell, or Bash

2. Strong documentation and requirements gathering ability

3. Strong analytical thinking

Education & Certifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
