Job Description:
Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong SharePoint experience to join our client’s team. This individual will play a key role in supporting multiple high-profile IT projects. The ideal candidate is smart, motivated, and technically sound with excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday; On-site Tuesday – Thursday)
Contract: 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with IT teams through the full project lifecycle

Estimate deliverables and report progress

Document use cases, specifications, data models, and system interfaces

Administer server-based applications and perform installations

Investigate and resolve defects
-
Evaluate alternative solutions and provide recommendations

Coordinate with business users, IT peers, and software vendors
-
Plan and execute system testing
-
Develop scripts and automation processes as needed
-
Perform additional duties as assigned
Must-Have Technical Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of SharePoint (data tables and site management)
-
Power BI expertise
-
Power Apps proficiency
Nice-to-Have Skills:
-
Scripting skills in SQL, PowerShell, or Bash

Strong documentation and requirements gathering ability

Strong analytical thinking
Education & Certifications:
-
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
