Job Description:
Sr. Software Engineer
Contract: 3 Months
Hybrid: 2 days a week
Local Candidates Only – New York, NY
Techead has partnered with an insurance client to help them hire a Sr. Software Engineer for a contract project. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a large-scale, high impact software project.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant portion in a senior or leadership role.
- Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in multiple programming languages, including :
- TypeScript
- JavaScript
- Next.js
- Flutter
- React Native
- Swift
- Deep understanding of high-performance database design and experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience building real-time video telecommunication applications.
- Experience building and managing B2B APIs.
- Experience building B2B portals with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
- Experience with transaction systems utilizing asynchronous queues.
- Experience building and deploying iOS and Android applications with a history of achieving high user ratings (4.5+).
- Experience integrating with eCommerce platforms such as Adyen or other
- 2+ years of experience in Senior Living Industry
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
